KeepTrack is an information tool. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of competitor data. Business decisions based on our reports remain solely your responsibility.

The free plan includes up to 3 competitors, Google review monitoring, Google Business Profile tracking, website change detection, and weekly email reports. 4.2 Intelligence TierThe Intelligence tier ($3.99/month) unlocks AI-powered weekly action reports, review sentiment analysis, market position scoring, social media monitoring, and website change interpretation. This tier covers up to 3 competitors. 4.3 Extra CompetitorsAdditional competitor slots beyond your plan limit are available at $3.99 per competitor per month. Each extra slot includes full Intelligence features for that competitor. You may enable or disable extra slots at any time. 4.4 Billing CycleSubscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly cycle. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. 4.5 PaymentPayment is processed through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on each renewal date. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are current. 4.6 Failed PaymentsIf a payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess the payment. If payment cannot be collected, the affected add-on may be suspended after a reasonable grace period. We will notify you before any suspension occurs. 4.7 CancellationThere are no long-term lock-in contracts. You may cancel any subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time. 4.8 Price IncreasesExisting subscribers will receive at least 30 days' email notice before any price increase takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the new pricing applies without penalty. 5. Free PlanOur free plan is available to all users with no time limit and no payment details required. It includes core competitor tracking features for up to 3 competitors. You may upgrade to the Intelligence tier at any time to unlock AI-powered insights. Intellectual Property7.1 Our IPThe Service, including its design, branding, software, reports, dashboards, and all associated content, is owned by KeepTrack and protected by international intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Service. 7.2 Your LicenceWe grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only. 7.3 RestrictionsYou may not:
