• Competitor data: Business names and URLs of competitors you choose to track.

We use your information to:

• Provide competitor intelligence reports and alerts
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send weekly email reports and important account notifications
• Improve our service based on usage patterns

3. Data We Monitor (About Your Competitors)

KeepTrack monitors publicly available information about your competitors, including Google Business Profile data, public reviews, website content, and public social media posts. We do not access private accounts, password-protected content, or non-public information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with:

• Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery) — only as needed to provide the service.
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Security

We protect your data using industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL in transit, encryption at rest via Supabase). Access to your data is restricted through role-based access controls and row-level security in our database.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate. After that, all personal data is permanently deleted. Report history and competitor data are anonymised or deleted upon request.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data at any time via your dashboard
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Cookies

KeepTrack uses minimal cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or sell data to advertisers.

Our reports may contain links to your competitors' websites and social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites.
